DIARY OF A SUPPOSED-TO-BE-BALLING-AFRIKAN-GIRL
Dear Afrikan Girl,
You are supposed to be asleep!
But if you are like me, eating soaked garri, aka 'Cold-water-garri' or 'taps' while burning the midnight oil, trying to move up your career ladder, please do me
ONE Favor....
(Sorry Afikan girls, in America the word favour is actually
spelt Favor). (I can hear my Late Grandfather churning in his grave)

News Flash! I just added Avid blogger/ Vlogger to my resume! What that means is that no matter the weather, you can be sure to expect an unfiltered supply of content coming your way, once daily, for this section, and once a week for the vlog section which launches in August...
Last year, I dabbled at blogging and failed, because of my lack of discipline and persistence; skills I vaguely possess, just not in the Vlogging- Blogging world: A world that some of my Cameroonian lady friends like Mookeh Brenda, Lydia, King B Shubuka and Yefon (Just to name a few) have mastered so well (Yes I am A Fan), and yes, I follow all your posts... ( That's a lie)... I meant some of them...

One of the main things I noticed on all these sites were the words : Follow Me on BlogLovin'. Time without number, I ignored it, until one day I decided to click on the dancing Tour D'Eiffel picture on Brenda's blog.
It looked like this, only it was dancing ;)
So I followed them, more as a means of support... which is how I figured out what it meant...
Now that we have that covered, I shall return to what brought you here, and frankly, even me...
Let's see...

It is a type of Blog reader, or RSS reader, that allows you ( the reader)to subscribe to multiple blogs and read them all from the same place. The reader is able to see new posts as they are published from all your favorite blogs.
The interesting part that you may want to know is how EASY it is to set up!
It only took me about 12-15 minutes to log on, verify my account, claim my blog, choose what blogs I wanted to follow and ask my friends to follow me.
These are a few Easy Steps
Blog Lovin 101
- Sign up to Bloglovin’ and enter your email address. You would see a screen that looks like this...
- Find a List of Blogs To Follow – You can do this by entering the Blog URL eg abc.blogspot.com
- Next to each blog is an easy way to unfollow or to assign your blogs to a group. I didn't use this, since I'M PRETTY NEW TO THIS...
- You can assign all Make up Bloggers in one group, your favorite blogs in another, African hair care blogs in another group – and so on. Catch my drift? It’s an easy way to stay organized.
- If you’re a blogger, its a good idea to claim your blog. Once you claim your blog , by creating and publishing a new post with the copied code , as shown below, your blog would be claimed, and you’ll have access to stats and other cool stuff...

FAQ?
What if I had another RSS reader, e.g. Google?
You can import it, effortlessly.
